Only half of the hotel was in use which made things quieter and more relaxed. We booked only 36 hours before flying and were impressed with the smoothness of the check-in procedure etc with Thomson

Overall the holiday was great. Would definitely go again. The hotel, in my opinion, needs to update their lifts, as they seem a bit dated. They were very temperamental. They couldn't cope with the amount of people using them.

Overall I enjoyed my stay at the Delfin Azul Hotel, the staff where very polite and well mannered expecially the bar attender, the location was excelent you didn't have to have a taxi anywhere because you could just easily walk the only problem about where it was situated there is a very bussy road ...

We had a lovely week at the Delfin Azul Hotel in Alcudia. Lovely clean rooms, and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a place for families with young children. If you want a quiet hotel it's not for you, but overall, we really enjoyed it!
