    Network Streaming Support Desk is simply head and shoulders over any alternative. having the appliance in-house gives us a lot of comfort.

    I've used several Help Desk products, Network Streaming Support Desk being one of them. I was impressed overall with the product for a couple of reasons. The first being that it was able to deploy via a host, or by physically installing it. Second, it has a decent interface.

    Network Streaming Support Desk software is quite simply amazing. The client download is a mere 272kb and even the most newbie of users are able to use the client.
