Bought a new Samsung Genio phone, it broke after 8 days. Even though it was within the 14 day return period I was told there was no refund. It was sent to their repair centre. Ok, this is where good service deserves some credit.

I bought a Nokia 6100 on Vodafone 700, £40.00 a month, 12 months contract with 100% cashback by redemption.

Cashback claims made at months 5, 7, 9 and 12. Each claim sent with 60 days of said monthly bill.

well I haven't a bad thing to say about them just last week I went to go and get a contract after my phone decided to die and they were very helpful and got the deal best for me and got it lowed to 25.85 a month for a blackberry 5920 on Vodafone result
