I checked my interest today, and found that their rate has reduced yet again from the beginning of May. There is of course a good rate for new customers, but wish loyal customers like me could get the same. As I have a good deal invested I am moving it.

I think the amount of complaints about ING Direct's poor rates says it all. I also don't like the way they entice people with their "high interest ISA", only to reveal that the high rate only lasts for the first six months, after which time it drops way below other banks'.
