We went on 27th June 08 to Royal Park Hotel, Elenite, and we all got food poisoning, rooms were disgusting, the worst holiday ever,
we tried to get flights back but could not,
we are now taking First Choice to court, to get all our money back!!

The food at the Royal Park Hotel was absolutly disgusting same stuff everyday. The lifeguard was scary but actual Bulgaria was lovely. The beaches and the weather was fantastic. Would recomend Bulgaria but not this hotel.

Just looking at the reveiws glad to see things have not changed,
The Royal Park Hotel Elenite, has not changed one bit, we went in summer 2006, we suffered poor health and safety , poor food , and not very nice staff.

Appalling food ruins what would would otherwise be a great holiday. Superb beach location and huge rooms. Food disgusting, constant queue at the reps desk all day with complaints. This hotel is great for just unwinding and enjoying the sun. My only gripe was the actual holiday makers and not the hotel as the hotel was first class and well worth a visit, it seemed a shame that parents let there kids run wild spoiling it for other guest. I was very sorry that I ever went there, there was nothing good to say about this hotel really. It needs a complete renovation and catering manager.

We had a lovely time. I am not sure what people expect when they go to another country people were moaning about everything. It got us down a bit. It's only the second time my kids have been abroad, the first time was Euro Disney and given the choice we would rather go to Bulgaria.
