I was keen to insure my pets with the Kennel Club - I liked their values and felt I would get an excellent service.
As other pet owners have identified, I object to having to pay 10% of all vet fees as well as pay a £50 excess. I have cancelled both my policies.

Although The Kennel Club Pet Insurance is an expensive policy, I've been with them for 4 years - it covers the dog for LIFE. Their correspondence is efficient, and I receive my renewal notices on time without fault.
