This company should not offer pet insurance because of their recent policy sold to us.
Our pet dog Shadow had been insured only for a few years and was 14 this year.
I would like to warn against M&S insurance - which they said was for life. Our premium went up from £16 to £35 a month thi ...

We have a nine year old Boxer and have made some vetinary claims over the past for irritant bowel problems and a small operation. Just got the renewal and it is 200% last years premium. On telephoning M&S I was told it was because of the age and breed etc. Fair enough but 200% thats one hell of an i ...

I would not recommend M&S to anyone now. When i first took out pet insurance for our dog it cost £20 per month. He then developed Epilepsy when he was 2. Each year my policy has doubled, last year it was £64.99, had my renewal in today and the premium per month is £104.99. We ca ...

I would not recommend M&S pet insurance to anybody. I did not realise that their cover is ANNUAL PREMIUM. Unlike other companies which are monthly premiums. My dear dog recently died and when the payment came back from M&S to cover the vet's bills they deducted the remaining year's monthly premium ...

Marks and Spencer Pet Insurance Sucked everyone in with their zero excess offer then changed it without warning.

Anyone who owns a pet with an existing conditions is royally stuffed.

Premium has this year gone from £24 per month to £48.

    1. Guest on 6th May 2009 My premium last year for my 3 year old labrador was £179. This year (now he's four) its £251. When I rang Marks and Spencer and asked why the pet insurance premium had gone up 40% in a credit crunch year when people are struggling to make ends ...
