    The only down side of the Bensons service was there was no online facility to check the orders progress, you know the kind of thing; (order placed, ready for dispatch from warehouse, dispatched) however I emailed the service department with regards to my order and expected delivery time, and the go ...

    Benson's is a good business.
    They have good prices, sometimes very, very good prices on their items-two very pricey sets were at a great price on this site.
    Customer service is generally excellent, with a friendly, knowledgable voice at the end of the phone.

    I've been using Bensons for a couple of years now for all my DVDs, and they're pretty good. New releases arrive on my doormat on the monday, and most other items arrive within a week.
