    I have a Amex card from Virgin, but when a payment was made to the card it went to Amex blue's bank account with Lloyds TSB! Amex have after more than 2 months not rejected the payment after loads of phone calls to them. They even refuse to talk to my bank to try and resolve the matter! Me as a Amex ...

    impossible to talk to someone to cance account. I never requestexd account but get mail stating I have an American Express Blue account. the phone numbers listed for contacting put you to at&T not a/e.

    Got online to American Express and found out that my card had been cancelled as of a few weeks ago No notification, no letter, nothing. This is after being a customer for over 25 years.     Just got my credit line reduced when I don't use this card very often. All this for a $30 balance on another credit card I was canceling, and the CC company mixed it up. I have other credit cards which will see my business, but not Amex any more.To others: stay away from AMEX BLUE!

    I guess American Express is trying to lower their financial liability. I just paid a large portion of my bill on November 7 and on November 8 my credit limit was lowered by the same amount.
