For a budget airline J2 are good, I have always flown on time, no delays, helpful friendly crew. Plenty of choice from my local airport at Leeds Bradford. Some of the planes are looking tired, old hope their new service to New York has a better plane!

They lost my bags and it is continuing to be a nightmare. For example, Jet2 charge 50p per minute to speak to them about their losing of my bag.
