We moved from Holland to England, in the last week of August 2009. We took a lot of bags and suitcases with us. On the flight we lost one of them. And that's where the problem started.

Slowest ever cheque-in queue but jet 2 were going up and down the queue with offer to passengers ---- to pay 10 euros each and jump the queue......
