Absolutely dire after sales service if you need to return anything during the cooling off period. Even worse if an item is faulty or incomplete, they simply ignore the issue and hope you go away. Just a warning: Never trust negative reviews online. These sites are cesspools for the unlucky few who think they're the only customers.
