Thankfully not had to claim yet but when I have rung customer services I was on hold for a l ...

Also claimed for storm damage - CIS mislaid the claim aga ...

I have held home insurance with CIS for 15 years, having made only 1 small claim for a mountain bike during this period. I tried to claim for a digital camera that was either taken or mislaid from my home, but it never turned up. Having thought I would be covered for this kind of thing, I was told t ...

I used to have two cars insured by CIS as well as my buildings and contents insurance.

Now all three are done by Tesco.

CIS were great with my claim but their agent is hopeless (in my area). Never phones, never turns up on time.

The office is not much better - when I rang them to say I had ...
