Blue Mountain e-cards is a horrible scam service. This company has become a total scam. There is absolutely no way to contact them with any customer service issues. I was a member for several years but now it is awful and I cannot get my money back, get anyone to resolve my problems or use the service.

Customer Service does not exist so don't waste your time. Don't EVER sign up for a membership. There are no words to describe how despicable the policies of this company are. BE WARNED - YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN PERIL!!!

Whatever you do, don't get involved with this scam company. They have your money and no contact info. You can't even access the site once you have paid. DO NOT sign up for a Blue Mountain e-card "free trial membership". You will be billed for a different service called "create and print". Blue Mountain is a scam. They get your credit card number and continue to charge you year after year with no useful information in regards to canceling your subscription. I only clicked one start because I had to!
