Other building societies would ...

Wait until you miss a couple of payments start into court! bye bye house as they can not do any thing or offer any help.

Just received my 1st year statement and overall, I am very happy with them.I plan to move house in summer 2010 ...

I rang Accord Jan. 09 to ask if my mortgage could be re-calculated to take accounts of all interest rate falls. Was told yes and the helpful lady re-calculated it whilst on phone. Asked her and was assured calculation was correct and so my payments fell by approx, £150. quite a slice and I was ...

I've found Accord to be very good in all my dealings with them. Competitive, efficient and helpful. Way better than the high street bank who provided my previous mortgage. I'm likely to use them again in the future.

Accord Mortgages are very pragmatic lender that takes account of unusual personal circumstances.
