Moved mortage, I was refunded a payment £297.43 by mistake (after the mortage was moved) they admitted that this was their error , I was given 30 days to return this, the 30 days are not up yet, payment has already been returned, the same day, they blacked my credit rating. Now I am fighting ...

The £295 redemption administration charge on an Alliance & Leicester Mortgage is the highest in the market and you will have to pay this if you move mortgage any time during the term (e.g 25 years), not just the original deal (e.g 2 year fixed).
Also, its valuation fees are out of line with ...
