Result: Credit limits dropped without notification, cards sus ...

I have not been able to view any of my savings bond details for almost a month. I have repeatedly phoned them and they have no idea when the fault will be fixed. Making withdraws is excellent. Checking status of all accounts with Egg- very good. Have only suffered a non-availability on the internet twice in 4 years.
Account with good communications as far as I`m concerned.
This maybe due to only using the internet in the day.

Access to the Egg internet banking website has become progressively worse. I now cannot access the site for the third time in about three months. The website features are geared towards Internet Explorer but it seems not for other browsers.
