My student daughter went over her overdraft limit and Lloyds proceeded to charge her £15.00 a day! Staggering. Students beware.

Poor customer service and very difficult to get in touch with the manager who I opened the account with. I got nothing for opening the student account, it has been a year, and believe it or not, I'm still waiting for the benefits they promised to give for opening a student account with them, apart f ...

I dropped out of university in March due to stress. I have used all of the £2000 overdraft and I have now been accepted at Nottingham Trent but they are saying I have to close the account and reopen it as they think i have graduated. But to do this I have to pay the account off. I'm now stuck ...

I am disgusted both by the service provided by this bank, their lack of communication and their so called customer service.

This bank was terrible, their charges are extortionate, you cannot speak to your branch, its all call centres who give you abuse and cant be bothered to help you or just put the phone down, they keep charging you until your over your overdraft and then continue to charge you for no apparent reason. ...
