    Natwest online banking in my opinion is much easier to use and more user-friendly than other offerings from other banks, i've used it for years, even managing my funds in the uk whilst living abroad, and have always found the service to be fast, secure and working!

    NW seem to have changed the format of the on-line banking. you used to get a running total like a statement. Now the first thing you see is a mini statement with credits and debits, you have to click on another tab to view a running total. Wish they had left it alone.

    Been on the service for a number of years now. It's really functional and stable (never have any problems getting in). The service is updated fairly regularly with changes and improvements. I use other Internet Banking services with other Banks and they don't have the same level of user-friendliness ...

    Banks come in for a lot of critism recently,but i cannot fault nat west on line banking,the staff are always pleasant and helpful in the branches as well.100%.Recommended.

    online banking has worked fine for me but i do have reservations about the logging in as it does not always work 1st time for me no matter how many times I enter the information correctly

    after 40.yrs. a natwest costomer, i changed to a local building society bank. i found them available more hours daily @ saterdays also.
    the iterest rate on the current account is much better.

    I have to say i am chuffed with the change, Should have done it years ago.
