    The other bank should learn from Natwest customer services in the UK!

    This bank is awful when I want to withdraw money or when transfering to another bank. Some staff are unhelpful and ask for passport which I don't carry it all the time. Low interest on every account you got with them! If problem arises you need to go to branch and sort out!

    Natwest are great for Internet banking, 24/7 telephone banking and friendly and pleasant branch staff willing to taking time and explain.
