Utterly useless. Natwest's London Victoria branch has provided us with a pathetic service ever since we opened our business account with them in 2006. This bank is awful when I want to withdraw money or when transfering to another bank. Some staff are unhelpful and ask for passport which I don't carry it all the time. Low interest on every account you got with them! If problem arises you need to go to branch and sort out!

After being with Natwest 38 years (pretty much from the start), they charged me 58quid for going 35quid overdrawn over a Bank Holiday weekend. 33p interest, 58pound charges for being overdrawn 35 for less than a fortnight (we paid cash in as soon as we could get to the bank).
