I've just had a letter telling me my current account went overdrawn by a measly £6.51, and for that, they're going to charge me a £15 monthly fee PLUS £6 per day!!!! Lloyds TSB really know how to help people in a recession, don't they?!

The staff at Lloyds TSB are useless it is no wonder we are in a recession. The branch manager changed my address in front of me after I moved but conveniently lost the paperwork and forgot it had happened. Very impressed
After getting much disappointment from abbey I decided to open an account with Lloyds, they were very helpful, it only took 10 mins to open an account and they sent me my visa debit with 24 hours, their customer care is very friendly and helpful, highly recommend for all ages

I have been a customer of Lloyds TSB for about 40 years. My wife and I travel to Australia regularly and use travellers cheques.
