I've just had a letter telling me my current account went overdrawn by a measly £6.51, and for that, they're going to charge me a £15 monthly fee PLUS £6 per day!!!! Lloyds TSB really know how to help people in a recession, don't they?!

The staff at Lloyds TSB are useless it is no wonder we are in a recession. I had no idea until I realised after 4 months I had no correspondence paperwork etc. All of my ...

I have been a customer of Lloyds TSB for about 40 years. My wife and I travel to Australia regularly and use travellers cheques.
In previous years there was no commission to pay . Now suddenly 1.5% without any notice to me whatsoever. I am awaiting a call from the manager but if this charge is not w ...

I opened a business account with Lloyds TSB. My account is credited every morning by bacs payment and the funds are always there as "available to spend balance". The funds appeared on the statement on the next day. Sometimes the account was overdrafted although the available to spend balance was ...
