    I love the Co Op bank - always great service, a really simple online service, good rewards system if you also use Co-Op insurance etc and some good current accounts and mortgages.     Left the RBS earlier this year for the Co-op Bank. Opened a Current Account Plus and Savings Plus Accounts and very pleased I made the move. Very helpful staff both at the branch or on the phone and the internet banking is excellent.

    The cooperative bank are useless, i've been with them for 10 years, and they still continue to make my life a living hell. never miss a loan repayment or god forbid not have enough money by a few measly pence to cover a direct debit, otherwise they will be quick to cancel your card and not re issue ...
