We paid our mortgage off ten years ago and thought where better than the bank to leave our deeds. Three years ago we needed our deeds and so asked the bank for our deeds. ...

I was talked into opening a savings account and a student ac ...

I waited 10 days and then phoned them to check. They had no record of my application. I went back in, filled out all of the forms again, took bank ...

Royal Bank of Scotland is extremely bureaucratic and rarely responds to correspondence, whether complaints or routine. I have complained three times formally, and many times in branch. I opened a basic Bank of Scotland Key Account for emergencies and at first all was well. The online application was a breeze and the card showed up in no time. Then the troubles started, my pin never arrived so far I have both rung and visited a branch for a reissue (4 months later still nothing) th ...
