MSN web site has a nice layout, that is neat and easy to understand, with lots of information and good links, this site also has a search engine making it easy to find what I wanted, I like it and will use this site frequently.

I have used Hotmail for years and find it an excellent service.

I find the space limitation useful as it forces me to delete older emails and keep the inbox clean.

I've only been using Hotmail fo 3 years. I think it is good value even if you pay for extras,
Sadly it looks like they are adding more features that cost and are becoming more interested in making money than improving services but to be fair that's the business Microsoft are in.
