    Ordered a tumble dyer online. On first delivery date, they just didn't turn up and called at the end of the day to say the delivery was cancelled. Two weeks later, they delivered the wrong model.     bought online - ordered friday late PM with a free delivery 1-5 day received everything in excellent condition even though fragile breakable items in less than 24 working hours.
    Everytime i have ordered online the FREE delivery has been in less than 24 hours. Fantastic service

    I have spent a lot of time and money buying from JL. However over the last 18months, the staff have become ruder and less tolerent of customers. There is a need for staff refresher training on this subject.

    Got a HP laptop broke after a month or so, john lewis arranged to have it mended, it broke again, they had it mended again, broke again, they STILL wouldn't replace it, had it mended, its broke again now 4TH TIME....GUESS WHAT..."sorry madam its out of warranty".

    I ordered a washer on the 10 sept and John Lewis publicity infers that it will normally be delivered within 7 days. After 5 days I got a call saying that the delivery would be on the 26 Sept which is some 16 days, I rang to argue against this but nothing could be done leaving no option but to cancel ...

    We purchased a bugaboo pram from John Lewis, so far we have had a new under basket, a new Chassis, 4 new wheels. As they are the main components of the product i am surprised that JL will no longer cover any of the components under warranty.

    Bought a John Lewis washing machine last year. It broke down and it has taken me over a month of pleading, shouting and cajoling and still no working washing machine. The Machine is only a year old and already parts are unavailable. Waiting to receive replacement which could take another 7-10 days. ...
