Sky have completely and uutterley messed me around and cancelled 2 installation dates on me. They offerred me a £5 credit. Pathetic. Their call centre staff are extremely rude and the excuses as to why the installation team did not turn up are pathetic.

never ever subscribe, they won't let you leave! there is no cancellation number to leave sky on the site, there is then a lengthy grilling to try to leave in a well organised system to prevent you from leaving. It's unethical. Do not go near this corporation.
