Customer Service is marginal at best; they charge you $4.95 to pay your credit card bill online, which they should offer free like most card companies since it cuts costs and offers easy ways to pay; the interest rate is HORRIBLE.

I used the Aspire Visa Credit Card, tried to cancel - paid my bill and they never posted payment and a year later showed huge balance due to late fees. I found the only way to settle was to pay this bill which I did. They NEVER updated my credit report and after (3) years it is still showing UNPAI ...
