These ratings are based on the new Titanium Ceturion Card. We have held the Centurion Card for 13 years and are apalled at the increase in fees. Having had the america express card for 7 nor so years, I was livid when the cost went up threefold. The additional benefits are OK, but if you have a PA they are not that useful. Also I pay personally for the card whereas my company would otherwise pay for my travel / drivers etc.

1.I massively overpaid for a Silverseas Cruise by using Amex Centurion Travel compared to what was readily available on the web.
2. A large transaction was put through without checking with me then Amex put a freeze on all my accounts until 50% was paid in the middle of a billing cycle.

New fees - ouch! Not that much of a snob.
The service is fine, but I have never found that they can get you anything exclusive (have tried concert tickets at hard to get gigs and been offered same price as a tout would charge, have not been able to get me a table at the places i have wanted to eat) ...
