    The magazine covers the post World War II years very thoroughly with lots of interesting articles about spotter's activities in those halcyon days.     My father is a regular reader of the Steam World magazine.

    The magazine concentrates on steam trains, but it does ocassionally have photos and articles on traction etc,.
