Easy to install, works with all the o/s I threw at it, and it was one of the best modems I've used, easily comparable to my benchmark unit, an older Supra.

The TrendNet TFM-560x is a quality modem, well built and solid. I purchased it to use with a Linux (GNU/Linux) box, but recently gave it away to a family member to replace a failed internal modem they were using with Windows. I haven't had this modem very long, but it seems to be a very well made, reliable modem that is everything modems ever have been. This unit costs $50.
