Ordered a table and 6 chairs in October.(PAID IN FULL) Now middle of December and still waiting, wondering will we ever get the goods as the delivery date has changed so often... Very, very unsatisfied and would not advise anyone to buy from the company. Very sloppy serive.

The design of the kitchen did not fit the kitchen. Homebase did all they could to wriggle out of the fact that their disign was at fault. first blaming our measurments ( which they checked twice) and found to be perfect. Asked Homebase for a 3 piece suite to be delivered and first of all everything seemed fine. I was pleasantly surprised that they delivered within a couple of days.

I have placed an order for sofa on 25th April 09 with Homebase . After two months i received half order and still waiting for other. Every time I call and ask for it same reply "Not in stock at the moment". It is rubbish and pathetic. I will never ever place again any order with homebase.
