Staff training must be first rate. Customer service at Bury St Edmunds store this weekend, very helpful - I had trouble putting together a mower I had purchased and received the most generous help and advice - if the mower is as good as the staff who sold it to me I shall be delighted.

I wanted to tile my kitchen floor. I prepared the floor, and made sure it was level and dry. Then I bought Homebase waterproof, tile adhesive, and grout mixed, and I got someone I know to be very experienced to lay the Quarry tiles. I left it to set. After 2 and a half weeks, much of the adhesive, ha ...
