Booked an apartment in Orlando for next April. All went thru OK on the Holiday Hypermarket web site.... took payment on my card.... then rang next day to say no availability!!! They could offer a more expensive accommodation tho..!! Told them no thanks and they said they would refund my card.

Easy enough website no problems at all. Found a holiday I wanted that was quite cheap in comparison, so I rang them to confirm and it was all booked within 30 mins of me getting online.

You try to book a holiday and go all the way to the bit where you enter your card details only to be told that its 'sold out'. Rang up their call centre but they were also very unhelpful!!
