I regularly buy my sport apparel and trainers from Footlocker. On my first occasion since shopping at Footlocker I went in for a refund for some trainers, which the person I bought them for didn't like, but the customer service was absolutely awful. I will not shop at Footlocker again.

Footlocker have a very large range of clothes and trainers, track suites and shoes, and also the quality of the items you buy 99.9% of the time is very good.
Customer service could be a bit better because there are usually very long waiting times in queues. Maybe they could put another desk in or ...

Footlockers returns policy is the worse I have ever seen.
Having bought a pair of white Nike trainers from Footlocker I had to return them to the store in Edinburgh to get the next size up, The staff, especially the Manager were totally unhelpful to the point of rudeness.

Foot Locker is the place to buy the latest T N hats and trainers they also sell a big range of Nike shox you can also buy basketball jerseys tracksuits and many of other top brands such as and Reebok and kswiss.
