Lucozade Sport - I do alot of cycling and I was just drinking water and I was constantly feeling tired, but when I found the lucazade sport drink I found it made a big difference.

Tasty, can be made up according to taste, seems to help me through long rides on the bike, price, usability. Dont swish in mouth I recommend, can make you feel more thirsty, just swallow it straight down I think.

This stuff is great I recommend that you take it whilst exercising for it's full affect, but if you take it afterwards it also help restore hydration.

Not sure if Lucozade Sport does give you extra energy but who cares, it tastes great and you can kid yourself it's good for you too!
