I do not understand people who write reviews saying they never have tickets, is everyone so stupid to think that you can get an unlimited number of seats or that travel agents buy then re-sell seats! I have travelled with dial=a=flight since l998 to and from USA/ I always ask for the same agent. Prices very reasonable from the airport I want to the seat on the plane I want, and in an emergency a decent hotel at a good price. Paperwork arrives in good time.

They promised to answer the phone in five seconds and it was picked up immediately before the phone rang. Their web ste also tells you who has stayed at each hotel and if they are in the office so you can speak to someone who has been there.
I would use them again. I was very impressed.
