Every two years I visit Matalan and spend a great deal of money on clothes for my grandchildren and get heaps more than i would do shopping elsewhere i love mataland I have even purchased suits for my son in law and get great value for money

I shopped several goods at Matalan. They are very good, durable,fashionable and comfortable to use. Moved to my home county but still thinking how i can purchase some goods from that shop. Value for money is ok.

You have to expand the service especially in my Country - Tanzania.

I disliked the telephone system, after trying to speak to someone in the shop, after the assistant put through 2 items I bought twice.
I couldn't get the automated system to recognise my postal code. I now have to make another journey to the store which is time I do not have to waste.

I visited the Matalan Erith store last Saturday at 9am with the intention of having a spending spree. This proved to be impossible because I found the heat in the shop was unbearable. The air-conditioning seemed non-existent and I had to leave after 5 minutes.

Managers and staff should be very carefull of insinuating that you have swopped stickers on clothing, in public, when it was due to staff error. Manager and staff apologised but it is now too late. On fetching more garments of the same the incorrect stickers were on these aswell. The manager then ...

Matalan is very good value for money, and they offer a large range of sizes in Edinburgh. "Big" girls and such are catered for.

Matalan need to concerntrate on larger sizes, I heard they were in trouble but when they have sales on you find that most of the goods in the sales are sizes 8, 10 and 12. Matalan offers a good shopping experiance. Clothes are of good quality and prices are low. I find that items fit vey well. They offer excellent value for money.

We have shopped for all the family at Matalan, for clothes and for housewares and furnishings.
Very good value for money and good quality shoes and clothes. We went to the Branch at Coatbridge in Scotland, and found it to our satisfaction.
