hey, ich bin von deutschland und ich finde das jane norman echt toll ist,nur leider haben wir hier nicht so eine gro e auswahl es m sste echt ein shop nach deutschland kommen w rde sich auf jedenfall lohnen weil die mode echt toll ist,naja m sste man sich mal berlegen.....

i buy my clothes in jane norman all the time...only place i shop personally...but if there is a problem with an item i purchase and explain prob..the management never want to know....as they always ask have u washed this item as the label says.i think everyone should know how to wash clothes.....and ...

Jane Norman has a shocking lack of detail in their finishing of a garment. I had to return two tops because of bad stitching, only to have one replaced with more bad stitching (11 issues to be exact!) I have bought various items from Jane Norman and even although most of the clothes are very pretty I do not think that they are made very well and for the price I would except them to be of a better quality. On the plus side though the shop assistants are always very helpful.

Seriously bad service, incredibly rude sales person in the Cheshire Oaks Outlet of Jane Norman. Faulty goods being returned, were not accepted, she accused me of damaging product myself and lying about it. She wouldn't even exchange.
