The accomodation sounded very good with what was supplied with the top chalet but it was disgusting. As soon as we arrived the chalets didn't look good and the parking was atrocious. I had to park miles away from the chalet. Once inside I wanted to go home. The space was very small we are used to ...

Spent a week at prestatyn pontins. We normally goto a Haven but thought we would give this a go instead. Have 3 boys 14, 2 and 5. You go there for a weekend...great...Pontins, Prestatyn put on entertainment....but come monday morning no entertainment...absolutely zilch to do, you get charged £4 an hour for wi-fi, I could go on....

Came back from Prestatyn yesterday after a 4 night break. Was in a classic apartment which was clean, check-in was quick and painless.
Was my 16 month old son's first holiday an he loved the fact i could just open the door an he could run onto the grass an charge about!

If you are expecting first class accom.you will be disappointed.However if you usually holiday in a caravan its a step up from that!
