Just got back from a 4 night half board Haven Holidays at hafan y mor.We are very unhappy!! just come back from a four night break in hafan y mor was very disappointed. the restaurant lakeside had very rude staff who could not smile and the food was not very good the site was clean and tidy . but i will not be returning i have been to many haven,s but that was the worst holiday so far

Haven Holidays, Hafan y Mor was great for kids they enjoyed the swimming pool and entertainment at nights in the showbar.
