Although the colours look good, the image is grainier than on the old TV that the Philips 24PW6407 replaces. I have a good quality aerial but somehow this doesn't translate into picture quality with the new Widescreen TV. Similarly the radio's auto-tuning only picked up 2 FM stations.

I Bought this Philips 24PW6407 as I wanted a widescreen tv to replace my defunct Panasonic 4:3 Nicam TV that would also fit inside my TV cabinet. Really wanted another Panasonic, but their set was a wee bit too big.
The Philips looks great and the pure flat tube gives excellent picture quality. ...
