    Good heat distribution through Cuisinox Elysee Cookware pans. However, handles can sometimes get warm. After 12 years of use they still look brand new.

    The old style Cuisinox Elysee Cookware are wonderfully designed, the pans have been left on a flame all night , most would have disintegrated but after cleaning these still looked liked new. have had them for years.

    We have had a set of saucepans and casserole for almost 20 years, used them relentlessly, and hope to go on doing so for many years to come.     I have had my Cuisinox Elysee pans for more than 20 years, and have been a professional cook so they have taken a battering, but they are still in great nick. Perhaps they don't stack, but I have never had a problem with the handles getting hot, even when cooking on gas.

    Cuisinox Elysee Cookware:
    Awkward to stack the pans on top of each other, the lids don't seat neatly so slide around when another pan is placed on top. Both pan and lid handles HAVE to be handled with oven gloves if cooking for more than 10 mins. I cook with gas but am very careful to keep pan han ...
