I have had a Bank of Scotland account for more than ten years, and it was always OK. Nothing great, but no problems, which kept the hassle factor at a minimum. I have been a Bank of Scotland Current Account customer for a number of years and used to be quite happy with the service although they never seemed to have the best rates.
I am now going to change my bank as the customer service has gotten so bad, it is unbearable.

I have tried twice now to get a statement about interest and tax for last tax year from the Bank of Scotland. The last time I called was almost 3 weeks ago. I phoned today and am Still waiting!
