    QuickBooks 2003 Pro 5 User is absolutely terrible to upgrade, we have spent nearly 100 hours trying to do a VAT return. There is a bug in the system and NO patch. Please please be aware and don't pay for this product until they have sorted things out. We are not the only customer with this problem.

    I have used Quickbooks accounting software for over 5 years, alongside Sage/Access and many others. QB is great for a one man band, or very small business who don't employ accounts staff, and I often advise people to use it, but beware - the software is easy to use for a reason...

    QuickBooks 2003 Pro is a great package for small non-profit organizations, So easy to use. I came across Quickbooks 3 years ago with no accounting experience whatsoever and through using Quickbooks I have learnt a great deal. Very intuitive and the reports function is great.
