Can I ask why everyone is just complaining and no one is taking them to court for fraud? Is this an English thing? Reading the reviews it seems that they keep on getting away with the same thing. How come no one does anything to shut them down?

i have used this company in the past (july 2008) found them good then, however Dec 2009- a nightmare! order confirmed and money taken nov1st at 5thdec still waiting! getting the runaround, now fear they will go out of business with my money still in their account!

Hopeless - ordered and paid on line but nothing delivered. F@W claimed courier had reported good delivered, which they were not, and so it was our word against couriers and they would have to go back to courier for proof and could do nothing until then. In a word awful, terrible customer service ( you're left on hold for 20 minutes before you get to speak to someone yet if you call there sales line you get through immediately!) and the after nearly a month the product is yet to materialise. DO NOT USE!!!!!
