I cannot believe it, 10 June bought a fuel injection pump advertised as having been Bosch overhauled on Ebay. Told vendor I would only pay via PayPal. No buyer protection with Paypal.
I bought 2 DVDs using my Paypal account. the goods were counterfeit and of poor quality so I contacted seller who failed to respond.

I find Paypal to be an over complicated system that favours merchants and does not protect the consumer in any way shape or form.
