    We had a marvelous ski vacation in Passo Tonale in January 2004. They have snow-cannons, so it is actually guaranteed that they will have some snow. The days were sunny however cold, you need sunglasses and warm clothes are a must. The slopes are not far and there is plenty of room for everyone, the ...

    We arrived at the Flora Alpina on New Years Eve 2005, and for dinner we enjoyed a fantastic 12 course meal with wine (although this did go on until after midnight, and we had left home a 4.00am that morning).     We stayed at the hotel Locanda Locatori about 1 km from the town centre. The hotel was wonderful and staff, especially Alessandro, very helpful.     Great holiday in Passo Tonale January 2004. This is a very high, snow-sure resort, so make sure you go prepared. Every day was sunny, but cold, so full face masks and thermals are useful.
