You can withdraw at Sheetz gas stations for free, but if I had it to do over again I would've switched to bank account direct deposit. There is NO customer service for this card...other than to report it lost or stolen.

I want EVERYONE to know that Chase Credit Cards are a rip-off!!! My credit card got swallowed up by Chase. They instantly increased my APR to 31.99%. I started trying to pay the card down by making huge payments ($1200.00) on the card every chance I got, how did they repay me in return? They decreas ...

On March 30, 2009 Chase officially changed over from WaMu to Chase. In doing so, I never got a statement in the mail. I have always paid on time for decades. In the Chase changeover, by default, my account was set at a paperless statement - so, I did not get a statement in the mail as usual. Lo ...

Chase sponsors the NCKidsCard, which is a debit card that child support wages are credited to. I get very little money every month for child support, enough to cover just one week of full-time daycare. This card is said to make your life easier and your money accessible 24 hours a day. They hit me w ...

SUMMARY: Never be late on a payment but they cannot lower my interest rate, which they doubled and then added points to when another card said I had a late payment for a bill I never received. Since then, has been hell.First, I entered my bank account number wrong on one of my two Chase cards and g ...

I have always paid my credit card bill in full and on time, but during the holidays I was away for two weeks. Chase sent a bill with a due date just two weeks later, so when I got home I paid the bill right away. The bill was due January 1st, but I paid in full on January 4th. They charged a $39 ...

I used the card for a little over one year hoping to gain United mileage. The card had had problems since the beginning. First problem: fraudulent charges appeared 3 times for 3 consecutive months, and Chase did not do one thing, from investigating the charges to contacting the other parties who c ...

I made a 400 dollar payment to early and they added finance charges and a late charge to my account the next month. When I asked why I had the extra charges they told me I had made my payment late. When they looked back through the records it showed that i had actually made every payment but I had m ...

It's only been two months since I applied for the Chase bank Perfect credit card, and I'm already hating it. Every representative I talk to about a transaction concern says different things. I check my statement online daily, and whenever an unexpected fee is applied I have called Chase and inquir ...

I had to pay Chase Bank 39.99 for a wrong bank account number, and I don't believe it. I am very careful when paying a bill. I view and review my credit card bills, but I have no way of checking this out. I am human and I can make mistakes, but in this case, I do not believe it.
