    WPA health insurance pay claims quickly, very helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Good to deal with, very helpful, pay my claims quickly, not the cheapest, but one of the best.     I found that they declined to pay my claim even though I had telephoned them on numerous occasions to check that I was covered for this particular treatment before going ahead with the treatment.
    First they tell me that I am covered and then change their mind.

    Despite the fact I telephoned on numerous occasions to check that my policy covered a cortisone injection and was told on every occasion it did, when the claim was sent in, WPA Health Insurance didn't pay out, and no reason was given which means more telephone calls and waiting stacked for somebody ...

    Found what I was looking for, plently of pages explaining how it all worked, good price, not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for, I used WPA's live helper function as I had some questions about medical conditions.
