    You get what you pay for with Blue Nile Rings. My husband and I got platinum bands from Blue Nile and they tarnished and scratched so badly. We were told that the platinum was poor quality when we brought the rings in for polishing at a local jeweler.

    The ring that I bought is amazing. The quality of the work is superb and I received the exact diamond ring that I had specified. The 'track your order' part of the website is really helpful and tells you the exact whereabouts of your ring at all times. Customer services are also helpful - with an 08 ...

    Blue Nile Rings is the BEST place to buy your diamond. Just call customer service if you have any questions after reviewing the website.     I was disappointed in my ring once I received it because it did not look like what was in the picture. I should have purchased it from my jeweler in town whom was able to give me more options and at least I could see what I was buying!

    I would recommend Blue Nile to anyone who is interested in quality and value. I was able to get a .74 carat diamond, D color, VS1, 2 sapphires and a platinum band for $5,000.     I am very impressed with Blue Nile's web site. It actually teaches you the ABC's of choosing a diamond engagement ring. I built my own ring on their web site, e-mailed it to my boyfriend & he bought it!!! It was so easy! I couldn't be any happier.
