I have used Biovea a number of times, shipping to Europe. It normally arrives in the sort of timescale you would imagine - sometimes a little later - but I guess that is the postal service, as you get a mail when they send the order out. The shipping may be a little slow, but is significantly cheape ...

In my opinion, the type of delivery of Biovea is completely pre-historic. Clients might absolutely have the opportunity to choose (and to pay) among at least 2 options: one as it exists actually and another, more expensive, in order to receive products within 2 or 3 days (DHL ? UPS ? other ? ) ...

Ordered a product from Biovea and can say they are reasonably priced compared to competitors. Although stated as registered in London, I believe a majority of the stock they hold are not actually dispatched from the UK.

I ordered 2 items from Biovea to Slovenia. They came in about a week. Ok, a dropper in one package was broken, but this isn't really their fault in my opinion.

Been waiting for over a week for my order from Biovea. They were recommended by a friend and i ordered different products.
Quite disappointed at the moment but willing to give it a couple more days

I'm very pleased with Biovea's products and excellent service. When a recent order when astray in the post they replaced it without any problem. I would recommend this company.

I feel that Biovea have an unreliable delivery service. Received response from Customer service, but no correction!

Received only 2 out of 3 products. Weeks and weeks with repeated mails to customer service but no product received yet!
