    I was very disappointed with Debenhams Direct. I ordered 5 items online on 1st july 2008 which I then received an email stating the items were in stock and would be delivered in 5 days. They also debited the money from my account.

    I've shopped with them for about 3 years now and have not had any real problems that have not been sorted very quickly and efficiently. I would always recommend shopping with Debenhams Direct.

    I had to call Debenhams three times to have my item returned (it took over a month), and I waited another month for a reimbursement to my account. I am utterly shocked by their shoddy service.

    Placed an order for a Linton leather two seater at Debenhams Direct. The money was taken from my account and then refunded, but I received no explanation.
